The company is licensed by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine №120394 the Conduct of state lotteries "SUPER LOTTO" continues to receive new licenses in accordance with applicable law.

According to the paragraph of the second item 2 of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "about the state lotteries in Ukraine" item 2 of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "about the state lotteries in Ukraine":

Article 15. Final and transitional provisions 2. Lottery operators carried out activities for the production and holding of state lotteries at the time of entry into force of this Law on the basis of issued licenses, acting on the basis of these licenses until the expiration of their validity.
